Ell Ray –

Ell Ray plays a key role in keeping 3 Little Bird Design running smoothly behind the scenes. As Manager, Ell oversees daily operations, coordinates production, and leads marketing efforts while also developing and maintaining the company’s website and online shop. With a strong eye for design and organization, Ell helps ensure that every product, from custom apparel to specialty items, is created, marketed, and delivered with care and creativity.
A graduate of Blue Valley Northwest High School, Ell is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Avila University, bringing a thoughtful and people-centered approach to both customer experience and team collaboration. Originally born in Iowa, Ell brings Midwestern roots, creativity, and dedication to everything they do at 3 Little Bird Design.

Megan Ray is the founder and creative force behind 3 Little Bird Design. She oversees the vision and direction of the brand, leading product design, business operations, and strategic growth. Megan’s passion for creativity and entrepreneurship drives the development of unique apparel, custom designs, and specialty merchandise that reflect both personal expression and community pride.
In addition to running 3 Little Bird Design, Megan brings extensive experience in organization, project management, and business operations, ensuring that every aspect of the company, from design concepts to production and customer experience, runs smoothly. Her love for design, community involvement, and small business innovation is at the heart of the brand.
Megan lives in the Kansas City area with her family and is deeply involved in the local community, particularly through youth sports and school organizations. Her goal for 3 Little Bird Design is simple: create meaningful designs that people love to wear and share.
